  • Each artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellations and refunds are subject to our discretion and applicable policies.

  • You agree to provide accurate payment, billing, and shipping information.

  • We use secure third-party payment processors to complete transactions.

Refunds & Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. All artwork and bronze sculptures are created with care and inspected before shipping.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of the artist. If you wish to return a piece, please contact us to discuss the reason for the return and next steps. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Packaging & Shipping

Each sculpture is carefully prepared for shipment using a professional art logistics provider. All works are transported in foam-injected cartons or equivalent protective materials to ensure maximum safety during transit. We only work with a reputable art shipping company, and clients will be placed in direct contact with the shipper to coordinate delivery and scheduling.

Taxes & Duties Policy

As required by California law, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of California. Orders shipped to other U.S. states will not be charged California sales tax; however, buyers may be responsible for reporting and paying any use tax as required by their state of residence.

For international shipments, buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the artwork price or shipping charges at checkout. Please consult your local customs office for details on potential charges prior to placing your order.

All sculptures will be accurately declared as original artworks under Harmonized Tariff Code 9703.00. In many jurisdictions, this code reduces or exempts import duties on fine art. However, it does not exempt buyers from paying VAT, GST, or other applicable local taxes.

International shipments may be subject to delays due to customs inspections. Any additional paperwork, licenses, or requirements needed for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, gallery, or institution, please provide a valid resale or exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping is not included in the purchase price of sculptures. Once a purchase is confirmed, clients will be connected directly with the shipping provider to arrange delivery. All shipping costs, insurance, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be billed separately by the carrier at their standard rates.

Delivery Coordination

We will introduce you to the shipping provider, who will handle delivery scheduling, rates, and any special service requests (such as white-glove delivery or installation).

Shipping & Risk of Loss

All artwork is carefully packed and shipped through a third party professional art logistics provider. Risk of loss transfers to you once the artwork is handed over to the shipping carrier. While we take every precaution to ensure safe transport, we are not liable for shipping delays, damages, or other issues caused by third-party carriers.

Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and artwork. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if available), depending on the circumstances.
